Has more room than I thought. Very happy with the quality. Handles are sturdy, zippers work well. Looks of pockets to put things. Used for an overnight bag for 2 people for one night, plenty of room.

I bought this backpack for my son, who is a college freshman. His laptop (16.5) fits nicely and remains well protected. Extremely roomy backpack that has enough capacity to accommodate a weekend’s worth of clothes (maybe more) if traveling. Backpack appears to be well made; I am hoping it will last a long time.

I got the North Face Router Backpack (40L) for my son in high school, and it’s been perfect for him! It’s roomy enough for all his books, laptop, and extra stuff like sports gear. I have had this pack since Oct 22. It is still in great shape except for some reflective tape on one of the straps. This pack has room for all your stuff. In fact, I have never ran out of places to put my stuff. I came here to see about getting another.

North face has a great warranty. We replace the backpack that was over 20 years old. Northface honored the lifetime warranty without hesitation, when they could not fix it. Works great for a middle schooler! Lots of room, but not too bulky. She is able to carry a Chromebook and binders for each class. Lots of pocket space for other things as well.
