I bought these for my daughter (7) and my son (4) and these have been the perfect shoe for all of their summer adventures so far: hiking in the forest, jumping/swimming in the lake, canoeing around, running around the amusement park and city. I like these because they are basically sturdy sandals, with lots of protection for little toes/feet while hiking and coverage from the sun. I also like that if it gets chilly, you can put on a pair of socks and it doesn’t look too dorky – yeah, socks and Tevas – I know…. But we just went on a two week vacation and I felt like these shoes were super versatile as sneakers/tennis shoes and water sandals. Easy to put on, tighten and take off.
Anyway, they are holding up pretty well so far and my kids are pretty tough on their shoes and wore them everyday on our trip and still want to wear them now that we are back. They do seem a bit big but room to grow a bit is usually a good thing for kids shoes, as they grow so fast!

There’s no velcro strap to get the sandal on and off chunky, sweaty, smelly kids feet. Whoever designed this must not have kids. My child refuses to wear them because they hurt to put on.

The toes are closed a bit but I did look for that for my child with disability that drags toes when waking but they are nice and light and easy to secure.

Very well made, easy to get on and off for my 6 year old.
Had a problem with the shoes being WAY too big (in Jr sizes). Be sure to measure your child’s foot and go off the Euro size to get an accurate fit. Once I did this the shoe was the perfect size for little feet!

I love theses shoes i wear them to work just about every Friday and they feel great after being in heels all week or all day. I got a pair for my daughter to wear at school. We love them thank you so much

The only issue I have with these is my sons pinky toe comes out of the hole in the sandal. Not fixable unless something was provided to prevent this or that hole was closed.

This style shoe runs very large. The shoes can only be returned once so be sure of what size you need.

These are great and well made and sturdy enough for running around and the playground. The pull tight laces are great, but a little sticky to manipulate.
