These shoes are beautiful and comfortable! I’m normally between a 7.5 and 8 in most sandals. I ordered both sizes and kept the 8. This shoe is narrower than the last version in this style so I needed the extra length and width from the size 8 so my toe wouldn’t fall off the end. Can wear these shoes with anything!!! Love them and comfortable too!

Absolutely beautiful sandal in gorgeous yellow–yet severely flawed design (for my foot). Fit: I’m always a 9M in anything Sorel, and the 9 in this sandal was no different (perfect length and width). However: While testing them out, I felt like I was clomping around my house with bricks attached to my feet. Incredibly uncomfortable — so, sadly, I’m returning them. While they are beautiful and fresh, they possess a fundamental design flaw (which I’ve also experienced with some of the other trendy new Sorel designs of the past few years): They are heavy, have either no or poor support, and in this case, the straps are only adjustable via thick Velcro at the front top of the ankle — these ‘might’ have worked for me if there had been a second strap adjustment option behind my (narrow) heel — that might have prevented them from sloshing around and creating an unstable platform. Sorel designers please take note: Your styles are crushing it; your execution is sorely lacking. Bummer, because your yellow sandal would have been the yellow sandal of my dreams.

Beautifully made shoe; runs narrow. I have never had this issue with any Sorel Shoe before. Not sure what happened. Found the perfect sandal that doesn’t fit. Disappointed; shoe manufactures should offer a range of widths; narrow, medium and wide so that we can all find quality shoes that fit.

I have narrow feet and high arches, very difficult to find shoes that do not flop around on me when I walk. I love these shoes they fit and don’t hurt after hours of walking!

This is a great heeled sandal to wear with bootcut or flared jeans to elongate your look but also looks great with skinny jeans. It’s comfortable, thoughtfully made. I like the brown colorway because it doesn’t look like a super chunky block heel. Quite comfortable considering the height. I thought it was true to size.

I just discovered the Joanie line and I love them! I have tried a few different styles. Ultimately, I kept one pair in this style–in the dark tan, gorgeous– and two pairs of the ankle strap wedge, in black and beige. Very comfortable, wore all day right out of the box. The ankle strap style feel a little more secure on the foot. One caveat–I think they run big. Zappos size recommendation was 8.5, which is my normal size. But the 8s fit more comfortably, esp in the ankle strap style.
