All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx)

  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Flat rate: $12.95 (applied to all orders)
  • Best for when you need your items sooner

Free Shipping (EMS)

  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Available for orders $50 and above
  • Economical option for larger orders

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain areas in Asia and remote locations. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your baby essentials, comfortable clothing, and family-friendly accessories. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Our Return Policy

  • Returns and exchanges accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging and proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Baby One Pieces (bodysuits that may have been tried on directly against skin)
  • Crib Shoes (specialized footwear for infants)
  • Diaper Bags (due to potential contamination concerns)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us within 15 days by emailing [email protected] with your request
  2. Wait for approval – We’ll review your request and send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days
  3. Package your return – Securely pack the item(s) in original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible
  4. Ship your return – Send to our return center at the address provided in your RMA instructions

Important notes about return shipping:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • For international returns: mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges

Refund Process

  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Refund credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is received and approved

Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account statement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item:

  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost
