Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Baby One Pieces (bodysuits that may have been tried on directly against skin)
  • Crib Shoes (specialized footwear for infants)
  • Diaper Bags (due to potential contamination concerns)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

  1. Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your request. Use our template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Package your return – Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship your return – Send the package to our return center at the address provided in your RMA instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is received and approved

Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account statement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged/incorrect item
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
  • In some cases, we may ask you to return the item using a prepaid shipping label
