   Awesome. My wife loves this shoe company. So I decided to give them a try. My wife took one look at them and laughed and said,”These are better than Birkenstocks”. They are well made, soft, and felt comfortable from the second I put them on. My wife is right again. I love them. And Zappos is a great company to work with. I am 100% satisfied all around.

   Very comfortable sandals, but my 2 pair were defective. I bought 2 pairs and ended up sending both of them back because the right sandal made a “hissing” sound when I walked. I thought it was my foot until my wife tried them on and got the same “hissing” results from the right sandals. These were the last 2 pairs they had in stock and I’m not surprised they were available. I have owned Josef Seibel sandals in the past and they are as good as it gets for sandals. When you get a pair that doesn’t make any additional sounds, they are awesome.

   Finally, they are long enough (there was 12.5), narrow enough (not too narrow just not boats), enough arch, and leather lined for my very excellent hubby. I ordered them one day they were here in about 24 hours. Woo hoo Zappos.

   I liked the sandals but the velcro straps are not long enough to accommodate my feet (the hook and loop part).

   My father had a stroke a few years ago, and it is hard to find shoes that fit and/or are comfortable. I ordered several brands, but these were the only ones he liked. They fit well and he liked them so much, I ordered a second pair! I believe they are worth the price.

   I am returning the sandals; they did not meet expectations. I have very high arches and the description said “100% arch” support, but I found the footbed too flat and without support for arches. I am returning them for Birkenstocks.

   This sandal is replacing another Josef Seibel that lasted almost 10 years. I love this brand but would suggest that the three strap model be made available for us old guys that like the original. Great sandal!

   Over the years my husband has worn out three pairs of these sandals. This is the fourth pair purchased from Zappos. Even though these cost the same and the leather uppers seem to be the same, the sole is not the same. They’ve replaced the good substantial sole with a cheap plastic SLIPPERY sole. They are slippery on the carpet and kitchen floor, I can’t imagine what they would be like in the rain. Sorry that these are no longer a high quality item from a respected designer.

    Comfortable shoes that pair well with casual or somewhat dressy outfits. However, a section of the upper came apart from the sole after only 1.5 seasons of moderate use. My Naots lasted for over 8 years.

    I have had these sandals before and loved them. The footbed conforms to your feet quickly and feels great through the life of the sandal. However the right sandal on this new pair had a badly aligned middle strap. When I loosened the strap completely out of the buckle and let it fall where it wanted to. It wasn’t even close to aligning with the buckle side. Sent them back.

    Every strap is adjustable. Straps were solid leather vs. elastic (as some Borns are made – very frustrating).

    Very nice leather and well made, but it was too flat for me and had no arch support, plus the edge of the side strap rubbed against my ankle bone.
