Six weeks after foot surgery, when allowed to get out of the orthopedic boot, I went looking for comfortable shoes with support that could accomodate my still swollen foot. I told the salesperson I wear Hoka Recovery Slides around the house, and she introduced me to the brand new Restore TCs. They were the perfect solution! I could not have found a better shoe for my transition back to foot health. Thank you Hoka!

Feels a bit big, but not so big that I would return them. They are not attractive shoes like the ones that lace up but they will be good for flying when you have to take off your shoes going through security. I’ll add another orthotic arch support to them to make them more comfortable

I bought these to use around the house while recovering from a leg injury. These are perfect! I can slip them on without using any assistance. They have a largetoe box for people like me who have wide feet in that area. I also have a high arch and these still slip on. No rubbing or discomfort. They do make a funny noise if you don’t wear socks so I am. Hoping for more colors. Will likely buy a second pair.

The shoes were too big. I tried to put forward an exchange and your website was down and no one could forward me a return label. Just an inconvenience and don’t have the time to spend with difficult returns.

These are the most comfortable shoes. My only complaint is there aren’t enough colors. I would buy more if there were.

I use mine only for walking/mobilty. I have some mobility issues and the shape of these actually make it a bit more difficult for me to walk on surfaces that are not smooth.
They are hot on my feet.
Cushioning is good. They are lightweight. Really like the heel support

I use my other Hokas (4 pair total) for workouts but bought these after surgery that keeps me from bending over for six weeks. These slip ons are perfect for letting me continue lots of walking without having to fiddle with bending down to tie shoe laces. Much more than flimsy house shoes, which aren’t stable for my feet, these shoes allow me to get in my steps each day even if I’m not doing a “real” workout.

I’ve found these “restorative” Hokas to be both highly comfortable and supportive. While I purchased these for the support they would provide inside (I have slate flooring,which is not forgiving) my house, I think they provide more than enough support for casual walks and trips outside. It has been noted elsewhere, however, that the black version is more of a charcoal grey color. I do wish it was more of a true black, but I don’t feel it’s a reason not to get them.

These shoes have made it possible for me to walk again. I had such severe plantar fascitis that my ability to walk had been severely limited. I hope Hoka doesn’t quit making these. I would appreciate more colors such as navy or light grey. This is my second pair and it is all I wear. I appreciate being pain free so much. Thank you Hoka!

I normally wear a 8 1/2 in tennis shoe. They don’t come in 1/2 sizes , they suggest 9 . I was worried it would be big, cause they looked big! They are bulky looking but I love them !

No half sizes so I purchased a 10 as I am a 9.5 wide. With my foot being wide, I could get away with the 10, but if you’re a true 9.5 with a normal or narrow foot, 9 would be a better fit.
Dune Color is unique and true to the pictures online. I feel like you should collab with DUNE on these for the next movie!
Slip-on is easy, and effortless. The design is big, clunky, and astronaut-like which I love!
There is enough room for my foot after a work out where my foot expands even more.

Love the feel of these shoes. I ordered a size down and while they fit it was not as comfortable as going up one size (which was a tad big with excess fabric). Nonetheless, I kept them for the comfort and the fact that they are slip-ons. Two requests: I would love to see the Bondi 8 and this shoe in a solid Navy blue. I can’t seem to find any solids other than white and black. And please please make your shoes in half sizes…this shoe would have been perfect in a half size rather than a full size up.

I love Hokas, and I love shoes that look like kid’s shoes, so it’s a win-win. I usually wear 9W or 7.5M Hokas, but my big toe touches the front in these. Wish there were 1/2 sizes.

Great design, but the fit was uncomfortable. Surface areas inside the product were rough and uncomfortable even with socks. Order was returned.

I have 18 pairs of Hokas and my two daughters have 4 between the two of them. I purchased these for my Assistant who’s a single Mom and always on her feet at home. She said they fit perfectly, her feet feel fantastic after chasing around a 3 year old all weekend. Love these shoes I wish I could purchase HOKA for everyone, I think the world would be a nicer place

I have bad knees and just had cortisone shots when I purchased these for an upcoming tradeshow where I knew I’d be on my feet all day. Without a doubt, these shoes (and the shots) saved me! Not for a second did I feel tired or that I had to take a break to sit. For real! I wore these out of the box for 3 days with zero problems. They are very wide looking, almost comically, but otherwise they are subtle enough to wear with almost anything.

I ordered the Hoka Restore TC in my regular size 7 in women’s. I own other Hoka shoes for walking and running, which I love wearing. When I received this style, I was very excited to wear them as my everyday shoes for running errands. When I tried them on, the width was good for a narrow to regular foot, and the toe box was a nice width too. However, the length of the shoe was shorter than the typical size 7 I usually wear. I had no choice but to returned them. 🙁

These shoes have been great for my plantar fasciitis. The shoe is deep and has enough room for an insert- custom orthotic or the plain old Dr. Scholl’s drugstore inserts that I used. Without an insole, they are cushy but likely not enough if you have foot pain. They are definitely true to size and have enough room for a wider foot like mine. The top is a stretchy material so my high arch is no problem either. They look big in general when you first get them but I have gotten used to them and wear in the house as a supportive slipper and out for errands. My other favorite brand is Oofus but these did the trick in reducing pain. And yes, the top is more of a grey than a pure black if that matters to you. Definitely recommend for a recovery shoe.
