Long by a full size. The tongue is too short and stiff and digs into the top of the foot. Should be longer and padded.

This shoe is almost impossible to get off after wearing. The laces are too tight and unlacing the shoe is a real problem. I could not wear these after five days. I explained this to the Zappos customer service people (including a supervisor). I wanted to return the shoes so that Ecco could figure out a way to improve the design. I was told to give them away. Really remarkable! This shoe should not be sold to anyone.
I am old enough to remember when Zappos was a superb company with excellent customer service. I miss those days.
