Fit was great but one shoe had damage. Easy return and I hope the next pair I ordered will be undamaged

Fit is perfect ( 12 M). Very stylish and comfortable. First pair I ordered had a blemish so given Zappos’ easy returns, I returned them for another pair. Glad I did. I think Cole Haan has discontinued this style with an almost identical style costing $100 more. So if you like these grab a pair before they are all gone!

Faulty penny holding strap. It is not sewn across the top and bottom. Therefore a penny will not stay in place, I always put a shiny penny in the penny slot. Many people comment on that feature. Help
Otherwise I like the shoe.

These are not true Penny loafers. The band across the top with a slot can not hold a penny in place. The top and bottom of strap is not sewn to the shoes lounge. So a penny will not stay in place.
Also the toe of the shoe color is darker then the rest of the shoe.

look nice. problem is that the seam where the top and sidewall meet. The seam is deep and not a smooth transition. the seam irritated my toes making them sore.
