By using FF Blast™ Plus Eco Cushioning, this trainer creates a lighter and softer cushioning experience with enhanced focus on sustainability. Lastly, Hybrid ASICSGRIP™ outsole rubber helps create better traction, improved softness, and advanced durability.

Very comfortable, the gel insoles are very soft. Great for walking, too soft for me to run in, but I still like these shoes overall.
