I wanted to love this boot. Online it is tan, but they are really grey. Who wears gray cowboy boots?

Boots fit amazing and are a rough out gray color. Unique boot and I get a lot of compliments on it daily. Ariat makes great boots in Mexico.

The fit, look and quality is superb! I get a lot of compliments and loving it. I wish these boots also came in black, because I would definitely purchase them.

I purchased a pair of Downtown roper boots in gray suede. I have to say they are the most comfortable boots I have ever worn. I know they are made with comfort in mind since I don’t want to take them off when I get home. Job well done!

Great pair of boots. The color is perfect in my opinion. I was looking for Gray Suede. Not easy to find. The boots have a worn distressed look, which I love. The photos make them look a little more distressed than they are. The toe looks darker in the photos than in real life. They fit really nice. I wear a 10.5 and that’s what I ordered. They felt a tad snug, but I’ve been wearing them in the house for 2 days and they are loosening up a bit. They’re not tight, they’re snug. Nothing worse than a loose sloppy fit. The photos on the Ariat website makes it look like these are kind of a tan color, but they are not. They are gray. A beautiful gray that looks like you’ve had them for a while. I just love the color. I mean, who needs another pair of brown or tan boots (I have 3 other pairs of Ariats). These have cool written all over them. Makes you want to jump on a horse and ride! Wait…..I forgot I live in Chicago. No horse.

I have a closet full of Ariat Shirts and jeans. I have tried to get a boot that fits but have failed 3 times. The boots fit but the tailoring of the boot isn’t attractive. Bulky and awkward. I have Justin boots that fit like they should and are stylish. Not sure why Ariat Cowboy boots don’t work on me???

Not tan but a very easy gray suede, very happy with what came out of the box. I will probably buy a second pair in case I wear these into oblivion.

I ordered these boots like any other boots and couldn’t even get them on ! No kidding. I emailed A

Can’t even get these boots on. And that’s bc they are wide and bigger than what I wear. Something is off with these boots, as someone else commented similar issue.

Very attractive boots! Everyone wants to comment on the color – they’re described as grey, the photos look tan, etc, etc. Personally, I would call them “Greige”. Not grey, not tan, but the color of the beach sand near my home in California. I like the color a lot – plus they are slightly broken-in looking. Not too much – just right! Also, the leather is suede – but not a delicate, fragile suede that needs to be pampered. This is a rough-out rancher style boot that will work as well in a corral as it will downtown. I LOVE these boots! So why the imperfect star ratings – and moreover, why did I send them back? It’s me – not the boots. I can’t get them on my feet! My insteps are too high & my feet are too wide – they just won’t go on. Very sad – for me – but maybe not for you? Buy ‘em and find out! I’ll be envious if I see you wearing them!
