The LP9 is an improvement over the last two versions. The shoes feel like they’re getting back to the LP5 and 6 versions. The lacing is improved and the tops feel lighter and softer again. I wore these right out of the box for about 4 miles and I’m pleased. They do feel a little wider across the toes, but for me, the heel fits better.
